Partnerships

Are you a fabricator working in an area that Captain Granite does not currently service? If so, you may want to consider partnering with us.  Consider the following:

1. We can increase your business without increasing the requirements of your sales staff.
2. We can help you source materials for special projects. Have you considered bidding on local hotel projects, but did not think that you could purchase the materials at a low enough cost for consideration? Captain Granite has direct partners in Brazil. We can work with these partners to get materials directly from the mines and have them cut to specification.
3. We are currently working on a program to combine partner purchasing power.
4. We only work with one partner per market area. We will provide a strategic advantage that will not be available to your direct competitors.

What we require of our partners:

1. When we refer customers, you must deliver at prices that are consistent with our Online Estimator tool. We will work on these prices with you to reflect your market, but generally we expect these prices to be approximately 10% less than the prevailing market price in your area.
2. We do not use your name in any of our marketing material, so there are no conflicts with your pricing and marketing strategies.
3. You must deliver a very high quality product.  You must be prepared to warrant your work to be free of defects.
4. Customer service must be impeccable.  Our customers must feel as if they have been treated with the utmost of respect.
5. You must be licensed, bonded, insured for liability, and carry Workman's Compensation Insurance.
6. You must consistently meet scheduled delivery times.
